Ingredients

4 catfish or tilapia fillets (about 6 oz/175 g each)
2 tbsp (25 mL) light mayonnaise
2 tsp (10 mL) lemon juice
1 tsp (5 mL) dried Italian_herb_seasoning
Preparation
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Italian seasoning and 1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper; spread on each fillet.
Broil until fish flakes easily when tested, about 8 minutes.
