Cabbage Salad with Ginger Dressing
This recipe makes 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp granulated sugar 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp grated gingerroot 1/2 tsp grated gingerroot
- 4 cups finely shredded cabbage , (1/3 of a cabbage approx.)4 cups finely shredded cabbage, (1/3 of a cabbage approx.)
- 1 cup julienned carrots 1 cup julienned carrots
Preparation
Toss cabbage with carrots. Divide among 4 plates. Drizzle with dressing.
