2 radishes, grated
1 stalk celery, grated
2 tsp (10 mL) each white_wine_vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil and prepared horseradish

Preparation:
In bowl, combine carrots, radishes and celery. Add vinegar, olive oil, horseradish, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
