Cauliflower and Celery Puree

Ingredients:

Half head of cauliflower (about 1 lb/500 g), chopped
Half stalk celery, chopped
1 tbsp (15 mL) extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
2 tsp (10 mL) chopped fresh chives or green onions
Preparation:
In saucepan of boiling salted water, cook cauliflower and celery, until softened, 10 to 12 minutes. Drain and transfer to food processor.
Add olive oil, salt and pepper; process until consistency of mashed potatoes. Stir in chives or green onions.
