Ingredients
- 1/2 1/218-inch baguette18-inch baguettes
- 2 tbsp 2tbspbutter
- 1 1clove garliccloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp 1tbspchopped fresh parsley
- 1 pinch 1pinchpepper
- 1/3 cup 1/3cupshredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
Cut baguette lengthwise almost all the way through. Mash butter, garlic, parsley; and pepper. Spread on cut sides. Sprinkle with Cheddar. Wrap in foil; bake in 425°F (220°C) oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
