Ingredients:
8 boneless skinless chicken thighs (1 lb/500 g)
2 tbsp (25 mL) all-purpose flour
2 tbsp (25 mL) vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp (5 mL) dried oregano
1/2 tsp (2 mL) each salt and pepper
1 can (28 oz/796 mL) stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup (125 mL) sodium-reduced chicken stock
2 cups (500 mL) green beans, trimmed and halved
2 tbsp (25 mL) minced fresh parsley
1 tbsp (15 mL) balsamic vinegar
12 oz (375 g) medium curly egg noodles, cooked
