Ingredients
- 1 cup bite-size chunks of pineapple 1 1cup cupbite-size chunks of pineapple

- Chocolate Fondue:
- 1/3 cup whipping cream 1/3 1/3cup cupwhipping cream
- 3 oz bittersweet chocolate , chopped3 3oz ozbittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 oz milk chocolate , chopped2 2oz ozmilk chocolate, chopped
- 1 tbsp amaretto liqueur 1 1tbsp tbspamaretto liqueur or brandy or rum
- Garnish (optional):
- 1/2 cup Cape gooseberries , sliced1/2 1/2cup cupCape gooseberries or bananas, sliced
Preparation
Chocolate Fondue: In saucepan, heat cream until boiling. Pour over bittersweet and milk chocolates in fondue pot; whisk until melted. Whisk in amaretto. Keep warm.
Meanwhile, arrange pineapple, orange, kiwifruit, apple, and cookies (if using) on platter.
Garnish: Garnish with gooseberries (if using). Serve with fondue.
Additional information : Tip: For best flavour and texture, use quality chocolate, such as Lindt.
