Couscous and Peas

Preparation
In saucepan, bring 1 cup (250 mL) chicken stock and salt to boil. Remove from heat.
Stir in frozen peas, zucchini and couscous. Cover; let stand for 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork. Stir in fresh parsley or coriander.
