- 3/4 cup low fat plain yogurt 3/4 3/4cup cuplow fat plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise 1/4 1/4cup cuplight mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp minced fresh chives 2 2tbsp tbspminced fresh chives
- 2 tbsp water 2 2tbsp tbspwater
- 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 2tbsp tbsplemon juice
- 1/2 tsp granulated sugar 1/2 1/2tsp tspgranulated sugar

Preparation
In blender, blend together yogurt, mayonnaise,chives, water, lemon juice,sugar, salt and pepper.
