Creamy Lemon Chive Dressing
Servings: 1 cup (250 mL)
Ingredients:

3/4 cup (175 mL) low-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup (50 mL) light mayonnaise
2 tbsp (25 mL) minced fresh chives
2 tbsp (25 mL) each water and lemon juice
1/2 tsp (2 mL) granulated sugar
Pinch each salt and pepper
Preparation:
In blender, blend together yogurt, mayonnaise,chives, water, lemon juice,sugar, salt and pepper. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 3 days.)
