Feta Green Pea Orzo

Ingredients:

1-1/2 cups (375 mL) orzo or other small pasta
1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen peas
1/4 cup (50 mL) cubed feta cheese
2 tbsp (25 mL) minced fresh dill
1 tbsp (15 mL) each extra-virgin olive oil and lemon juice
1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
Preparation:
In saucepan of boiling salted water, cook orzo until almost tender, about 5 minutes. Add peas; heat through. Drain and toss with feta, dill, oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
