Ingredients
- 3 3parsnipparsnips, peeled & chopped
- 2 2potatoes, peeled & chopped
- 3 3cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp 2tbspbutter
- 1/2 tsp 1/2tspDijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp 1/4tspsalt
Preparation
In large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook parsnips, potatoes, and garlic until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and return to pan.
Using potato masher, mash with butter, mustard and salt until smooth.
