Give your bottle of Caesar dressing a break tonight. This homemade Greek salad dressing is ready in minutes with ingredients from your pantry.
Ingredients
- 4 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cubed English cucumbers
- 1/2 sweet green pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 8 kalamata olives
- Dressing:
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 minced clove of garlic
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1 pinch pepper
Preparation
In large bowl, toss together lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper and onion. Pour dressing over top and toss to coat. Sprinkle with feta cheese and olives.
