This recipe makes 4 1/4 cup servings
- Portion size: 1 cup (250 mL)
Ingredients
- 1 cup 1cupfresh parsley leaves
- 1/2 cup 1/2cuplight sour cream
- 1/2 cup 1/2cuplight mayonnaise
- 1 1green oniongreen onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp 2tbspvinegar
- 1 tbsp 1tbspdried tarragon
- 1/4 tsp 1/4tspsalt
- 1/4 tsp 1/4tsppepper
Preparation
In food processor, purée together parsley leaves, sour cream, light mayonnaise, onion, vinegar, dried tarragon, salt and pepper. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 1 week.)
