  • 1 cup 1cupfresh parsley leaves
  • 1/2 cup 1/2cuplight sour cream
  • 1/2 cup 1/2cuplight mayonnaise
  • 1 1green oniongreen onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp 2tbspvinegar
  • 1 tbsp 1tbspdried tarragon
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4tspsalt
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4tsppepper
