Green Onion Couscous
Servings: 4
Ingredients:

1-1/4 cups (300 mL) water
1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
1 cup (250 mL) couscous
2 green onions, chopped
Preparation:
In saucepan, bring water and salt to boil. Stir in couscous and green onions. Remove from heat; cover and let stand for about 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Fluff with fork.
