  • 1-1/4 cups 1-1/4cupswater
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4tspsalt
  • 1 cup 1cupcouscous
  • 2 2green oniongreen onions, chopped

In saucepan, bringĀ  water and salt to boil. Stir in couscous and green onions. Remove from heat; cover and let stand for about 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Fluff with fork.
