This recipe makes 6 servings
Ingredients
- 1 small cabbage 1 small cabbage
- 1/2 red onion 1/2 red onion
- 1 large carrot , grated1 large carrot, grated
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp malt vinegar 2 tbsp malt vinegar or cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp celery seed 1/4 tsp celery seed
Preparation
In bowl, toss cabbage, onion, carrot, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, pepper and celery seed.
