  • 1 tbsp 1tbsprice vinegar
  • 1 tsp 1tspgrainy mustard
  • 1 pinch 1pinchsalt
  • 1 pinch 1pinchpepper
  • 4 cups 4cupsbaby spinach leafbaby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup 1/2cupbean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup 1/4cupsliced almondalmonds, optional
  • 3 3radishradishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 1green oniongreen onions, sliced
  • 1 can 1canmandarin orange sections, drained and patted dry
