Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or liquid honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 bone-in pork loin chops, about 1/2-inch thick

Preparation

In bowl, whisk mustard, maple syrup, salt and pepper; brush half over pork. Place on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and grill for 5 minutes. Turn and brush with remaining mustard mixture; grill until just a hint of pink remains inside, about 5 minutes.

Serve with: Vegetable Packet
