Mixed Greens with Ginger Vinaigrette
This recipe makes 4 servings
Ingredients

2 tbsp (25 mL) each seasoned rice_vinegar and vegetable_oil
2 tsp (10 mL) grated gingerroot
1/2 tsp (2 mL) sesame_oil
Pinch salt
4 cups (1 L) mixed greens
1/2 cup (125 mL) each thinly sliced cucumber and radish
2 tbsp (25 mL) thinly sliced green parts of green_onion
Preparation
Add mixed greens, cucumber, radish and green onion. Toss to coat.
