New Potatoes and Sugar Snap Peas

- 6 6small new potatonew potatoes
- 1 cup 1cupsugar snap peasugar snap peas or snow peas, trimmed
- 1 tbsp 1tbspchopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp 1tbspbutter
- 1 pinch 1pincheach of salt and pepper
In saucepan of boiling salted water, cover and cook potatoes for 7 minutes.
Add peas, cook until potatoes are tender and peas are tender-crisp, about 3 minutes. Drain well and return to pot. Toss with parsley, butter, salt and pepper.
