1 cup (250 mL) sugar snap or snow peas, trimmed
1 tbsp (15 mL) each chopped fresh parsley and butter
Pinch each salt and pepper
Preparation:
In saucepan of boiling salted water, cover and cook potatoes for 7 minutes.
Add peas, cook until potatoes are tender and peas are tender-crisp, about 3 minutes. Drain well and return to pot. Toss with parsley, butter, salt and pepper.
