    1/3 cup (75 mL) each extra-virgin olive oil and vegetable oil
    3 tbsp (50 mL) red wine vinegar
    2 tsp (10 mL) Dijon mustard
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp (5 mL) dried oregano
    1/2 tsp (2 mL) each salt and pepper

Preparation:

In bowl or jar, whisk or shake together olive and vegetable oils, vinegar, 2 tbsp (25 mL) water, mustard, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 3 days.)
