Ingredients
- 375 mL water 375 375mL mLwater
- 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 1/4tsp tspsalt
- 3/4 cup parboiled white rice 3/4 3/4cup cupparboiled white rice
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley , finely chopped1/4 1/4cup cupfresh parsley, finely chopped
Preparation
In saucepan, bring water and salt to boil over medium-high heat; stir in rice. Cover and reduce heat to medium-low; simmer until tender, about 20 minutes.
Remove rice from heat; let stand until all water is absorbed, about 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Stir in parsley.
