Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter 2 2tbsp tbspbutter
- 2 pears , peeled, cored and thinly sliced2 2pearpears, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries 1/4 1/4cup cupdried cranberrydried cranberries
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 1/2tsp tspground cinnamon or allspice
Preparation
In skillet, melt butter over medium heat; cook pears for 2 minutes. Add cranberries and cinnamon; cook until pears are tender, about 4 minutes. Serve over ice cream.
