Breaded Fish Fingers with Sweet Potato Oven-Fries

A surefire way to get the kids to eat tonight’s dinner is to bread whatever you're cooking. Lightly coat these fish fillets (catfish, tilapia or basa fish) and bake in the oven for a healthy, crunchy dinner favourite. Serve baked Sweet Potato Fries on the side for that fish-and-chips feel.
