Couldn’t squeeze in shopping this week? Think you have nothing for dinner? Well think again! Canadian Living's Quick and Easy recipes give you five dinner dishes to make with five ingredients or less.

Chicken
Pantry staples help to pull dinner out of your hat when it looks like there’s nothing to eat. Keeping it simple doesn’t mean compromising flavour. Five-Spice Chicken (4 ingredients) and Steamed Ginger Rice (3 ingredients) are packed with flavour.

Beef
Use up that tired bunch of broccoli with a simple Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry (5 ingredients).

Sustainable fish
Less ingredients means less time in the kitchen, Broiled Mayonnaise Catfish (4 ingredients) is ready in 10 minutes! Serve with Boston and Raddichio Salad (5 ingredients) for a complete, healthy dinner.
