    4 cups (1 L) thinly sliced radishes
    1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
    2 tbsp (25 mL) rice vinegar
    1 tsp (5 mL) each granulated sugar and sesame oil
    1 green onion, sliced (green part only)

Preparation:

In bowl, toss radishes salt, let stand for 15 minutes. Drain and squeeze out liquid. Add vinegar, sugar, sesame oil and green onion. Toss to combine.
