Ingredients
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp raspberry vinegar
- 1 shallot or green onion, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch granulated sugar
Preparation
In small glass measure, whisk together oil, vinegar, shallot, mint, salt, pepper and sugar.
