    4 cups (1 L) torn romaine leaves
    2 cups (500 mL) torn radicchio leaves
    Half English cucumber, sliced
    3 tbsp (50 mL) extra-virgin olive oil
    4 tsp (20 mL) wine vinegar
    1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper

Preparation:

In salad bowl, toss together romaine leaves, radicchio leaves and English cucumber. In small bowl, whisk together olive oil, wine vinegar, parsley, salt and pepper.
