Ingredients
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/4 1/4cup cupextra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp wine vinegar 2 2tbsp tbspwine vinegar
- 2 tbsp sweet mustard 2 2tbsp tbspsweet mustard
- 1 tsp soy sauce 1 1tsp tspsoy sauce
- 1/4 tsp dried dillweed 1/4 1/4tsp tspdried dillweed
- 8 cups romaine leaves , torn8 8cups cupsromaine leafromaine leaves, torn
- 1/3 cup pecans , chopped1/3 1/3cup cuppecanpecans, chopped
Preparation
In bowl, whisk together olive oil, wine vinegar, mustard, soy sauce and dillweed. Toss with romaine leaves. Sprinkle with pecans.
