Ingredients
- 1 cup radishes , grated1 1cup cupradishradishes, grated

- Dressing
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/3 1/3cup cupextra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice 3 3tbsp tbsplemon juice
- 2 tbsp green onions , thinly sliced2 2tbsp tbspgreen oniongreen onions, thinly sliced

Preparation
In measuring cup, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, green onions, garlic, cumin, salt and sugar. Set dressing aside.
Cut cucumber in half lengthwise; thinly slice on diagonal. Place in salad bowl. Add romaine lettuce and radishes to cucumber in bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat well.
