Ingredients

- 1/2 cup hot milk 1/2 1/2cup cuphot milk
- 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 1/2tsp tspsalt
- 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 1/4tsp tsppepper
- 1/2 cup light sour cream 1/2 1/2cup cuplight sour cream
Preparation
Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch (1 cm) chunks. In saucepan of boiling salted water, cover and cook potatoes until tender, 15 minutes. Drain and return to pot.
Mash with hot milk, salt and pepper. Stir in sour cream.
