This southwestern take on a traditional favourite will have everyone asking for seconds. The beef can easily be replaced by ground turkey. For those that enjoy a little heat, add an extra jalapeño pepper.
Ingredients

Preparation
Add beef; cook over medium-high heat, breaking up with spoon, until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain off fat.
Add chili powder, cumin, coriander and sa< cook for 1 minute. Add tomatoes, beans, corn, lime juice and honey; cook until slightly thickened, 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in green onions.
Divide evenly among bottoms of buns; sprinkle with cheese. Cover with tops of buns.
