  • 2 cups 2cupstorn Boston lettuce leafBoston lettuce leaves or Bibb lettuce
  • 2 cups 2cupsbaby spinach
  • 1 cup 1cuptorn radicchio leafradicchio leaves
  • 4 4radishradishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp 2tbspextra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 tsp 4tsptarragon vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4tspsalt
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4tsppepper
  • 1 pinch 1pinchgranulated sugar

In salad bowl, toss together lettuce, spinach, radicchio and radishes.

Whisk together oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar; pour over greens and toss to coat.
