Ingredients
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/4 1/4cup cupextra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar 3 3tbsp tbspbalsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil 2 2tbsp tbspchopped fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp granulated sugar 1/2 1/2tsp tspgranulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp each of salt and pepper 1/4 1/4tsp tspeach of salt and pepper
- 4 cups baby spinach 4 4cups cupsbaby spinach
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes , quartered1 1cup cupcherry tomatocherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts 1/2 1/2cup cupalfalfa sprouts
Preparation
In bowl, whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, sugar, salt and pepper. Add spinach and cherry tomatoes; toss to coat. Top with alfalfa sprouts.
