Thin-Crust Tuna Pizza

Packaged prepared thin pizza crust makes quick work of this dinner. Oil-packed rather than water-packed tuna gives you better results for this pizza.

    1 cup lightly packed coarsely chopped flat-leaf parsley
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped green onions
    2 cloves garlic, smashed
    3 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 pkg (250 g) prepared thin-crust pizza crust (about 12 inches/30 cm)
    1-1/2 cups shredded aged or regular Canadian Provolone cheese
    1/2 cup grated Canadian Parmesan cheese
    2 cans (85 g each) oil-packed tuna, drained
    1/2 cup halved pitted black olives
    2 tbsp drained capers
    Pinch hot pepper flakes

In food processor, whir together parsley, green onions, garlic, oil, oregano and salt until coarse paste. Spread evenly over pizza crust; sprinkle with Provolone and Parmesan cheeses. Top with tuna, olives and capers; sprinkle with hot pepper.

Bake in lower third of 450°F (230°C) oven until crust is golden brown on bottom, 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
