Kids (and grown-ups) who hate anything healthy will never realize this smooth shake is good for them. Chocolate milk has only one per cent fat and just as much calcium as regular milk.
Ingredients
- 2-1/2 cups chocolate milk
- 1-1/2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp chocolate syrup
Preparation
In blender, mix together chocolate milk, raspberries, yogurt, honey and cocoa until smooth. Pour into glasses. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
