Frozen raspberries make this easy, economical and flavourful. Use it for the Raspberry Cookie Stack or as a topping for pancakes, waffles and ice cream.
Ingredients
- 1 tub frozen raspberries in syrup , thawed1 1tub tubfrozen raspberries in syrup, thawed
- 1 tbsp lime juice 1 1tbsp tbsplime juice
Preparation
In blender, pur?raspberries with syrup until smooth. Strain through sieve into bowl, pressing with spoon. Stir in lime juice.
(Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 4 days.)
