Frozen raspberries make this easy, economical and flavourful. Use it for the Raspberry Cookie Stack or as a topping for pancakes, waffles and ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 tub frozen raspberries in syrup, thawed
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Preparation

In blender, pur?raspberries with syrup until smooth. Strain through sieve into bowl, pressing with spoon. Stir in lime juice. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 4 days.)
