Just a little bit tart, this robust topping comes alive on ice cream, especially alongside the fudge sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg frozen unsweetened raspberries , thawed and drained1 1pkg pkgfrozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed and drained
- 1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam 1/4 1/4cup cupseedless raspberry jam
- 3 tbsp orange-flavoured liqueur 3 3tbsp tbsporange-flavoured liqueur or orange juice
- 1 tbsp liquid honey 1 1tbsp tbspliquid honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice 1 1tsp tsplemon juice
Preparation
In food processor, puree together raspberries, jam, liqueur, honey and lemon juice; pass through fine sieve.
(Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 5 days.)
