Raspberry Orange Sauce

Tested Till Perfect

Just a little bit tart, this robust topping comes alive on ice cream, especially alongside the fudge sauce.

Servings: 2 cups (500 mL)

    1 pkg (600 g) frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed and drained
    1/4 cup (50 mL) seedless raspberry jam
    3 tbsp (50 mL) orange-flavoured liqueur or orange juice
    1 tbsp (15 mL) liquid honey
    1 tsp (5 mL) lemon juice

Preparation:

In food processor, pur?together raspberries, jam, liqueur, honey and lemon juice; pass through fine sieve. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 5 days.)
