These refreshing, fruity ice desserts will whisk you back to childhood.

    2 cups (500 mL) fresh or frozen raspberries or blueberries
    1/4 cup (50 mL) granulated sugar
    1/2 cup (125 mL) orange juice
    5 cups (1.25 L) ice cubes

Preparation:

In food processor or blender, purée raspberries with sugar; strain into bowl to remove seeds. Stir in orange juice. In blender or with hammer, crush ice to make about 4 cups (1 L). Mound ice into cone shape in each of 4 chilled dessert dishes; drizzle with raspberry mixture.
