Our foolproof 5-ingredient roasted garlic dip couldn't be simpler to make. Serve it with your favourite vegetables, or alongside festive Christmas Tree Veggie Tray.

Ingredients

  • 1 head garlic
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Method

Trim top off garlic to expose cloves. Wrap tightly in foil; roast in 375 F (190 C) oven until tender and golden, about 50 minutes.

Unwrap; let cool completely, about 30 minutes.

Squeeze garlic cloves into bowl of food processor; add mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and pepper. Pur?e until smooth.
