Combine flour, baking powder and salt in medium bowl; set aside.
Combine butter, SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend and vanilla in a large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in 1 cup of the morsels and the nuts.
Spread into an ungreased 13 x 9 inch (33 cm x 23 cm) baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining 2/3 cup morsels.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire racks. Cut into bars.

In glass measure or small bowl, whisk together broth, cornstarch, vinegar, honey, five-spice powder, salt and 1/4 cup water. Set aside.
In wok or large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; stir-fry white parts of green onions, the garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add cabbage and ham; stir-fry until cabbage is tender- crisp, about 3 minutes.
Stir in broth mixture; bring to boil. Cook, stirring, until coated and sauce is thickened, 1 to 2 minutes. Sprinkle with green parts of green onions.
Creamy ricotta gives these lemony cookies a soft, cakey texture. To get the most defined crackled tops, be sure to generously coat the cookies with icing sugar before baking.

In large bowl, beat butter with 1 cup of the granulated sugar until fluffy; beat in egg, ricotta, lemon zest, lemon juice and vanilla, beating well after each addition. Using food colouring, tint to pale yellow, beating to combine. In separate bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder; stir into sugar mixture just until combined.
Place remaining granulated sugar and the icing sugar in separate shallow bowls. Roll dough by heaping 1 tbsp into balls. Roll 1 ball in granulated sugar to coat; roll in icing sugar to coat. Repeat with remaining balls.
Arrange, 2 inches (5 cm) apart, on parchment paper–lined rimless baking sheets. Bake, 1 sheet at a time, in 350°F (180°C) oven until bottoms are golden, 12 to 14 minutes. Let cool on pans for 2 minutes; transfer directly to racks to cool completely. (Make-ahead: Store in single layer in airtight container for up to 2 days. Or freeze in single layer on baking sheets until firm, about 1 hour; freeze in airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Thaw at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.)

In large saucepan, bring sugar, corn syrup and 1/3 cup water to boil over medium heat, stirring just until sugar dissolves. Boil, without stirring but brushing down side of pan with pastry brush dipped in cold water, until candy thermometer reads 300?F (149?C) or 1 tsp mixture dropped in cold water forms hard brittle threads, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
Standing back and averting face, whisk in baking soda and vanilla. (Caramel will bubble and sputter and increase in volume.) Do not overmix.
Pour into greased parchment paper– lined 13- x 9-inch (3.5 L) cake pan. Let cool in pan for 2 hours. Break into 1 1/2-inch (4 cm) pieces. (Make-ahead: Layer between waxed paper in airtight container; store for up to 1 month.)

Cinnamon Knots: In small bowl, mix sugar with cinnamon. On work surface, gently unroll pastry; brush pastry with butter. Sprinkle with sugar mixture. Cut lengthwise into ten 1-inch wide strips; halve crosswise to make 20 rectangles. Working with 1 rectangle at a time, bring short ends together; tie in loose knot.
Arrange, 1 inch apart, on parchment paper–lined rimless baking sheet. Bake in 400°F oven until light golden, about 15 minutes.
Cream Cheese Dip: While pastry is baking, in bowl, beat cream cheese with butter until fluffy; beat in icing sugar. Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Serve with Cinnamon Knots.
