My mother in law made a version of this dish but I made some changes since she did not cook with spices and used hamburger. It's easy to make and freezes well. I serve it with a salad and garlic bread. Enjoy!

Heat oil, on medium/low in a large pot, then add the chopped onions,minded garlic & finely chopped celery. Cook until soft. Remove and place in a bowl. Add the turkey to the pot and stir until it is no longer pink, add the herbs and stir. Return the cooked celery, garlic and onions. While this is cooking, in another pot, boil water and add the macaroni. Cook until al dente and drain into a colander. Then you can add the canned tomatoes and macaroni. I then sprinkle the 3 cups of cheese and stir. However, you can place the entire meat macaroni in a baking dish and sprinkle the cheese, place in the oven and bake at 350 until melted. Bonne Appetit.
