Ingredients

  • 4 cups torn lettuce
  • 1 1/2 cup Rosemary Roasted beets Recipe
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced almond toasted
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar

Method

On 4 salad plates, divide lettuce, beets, blue cheese and almonds. Drizzle each with olive oil and wine vinegar.
