A Sunday dinner any night of the week. Rich gravy served over fork tender roast beef. Very easy and simply the best roast beef dinner I have ever made.

  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 4 lbs roast beef


Prepare night before or in morning In slow cooker, add onion soup mix, 2 cans of mushroom soup, and the water. Mix well. Brown roast on all sides and add to slow cooker. Spoon soup mixture over roast and put slow cooker on LOW for 7 to 9 hours. Just add mashed potato and a side vegetable and you're ready to serve your family a delicious roast beef dinner any night of the week.
