Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetabIe oil
  • 1 shallots minced
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons brandy (or 1 tbsp/15 mL lemon juice)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon truffle oil (optional)

Method

In skillet, heat oil over medium heat; fry shallot and garlic until softened, about 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, parsley, brandy, salt and thyme; fry, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are lightly browned, about 8 minutes. Stir in truffle oil (if using)
