Ingredients

  • 2 tortillas
  • 1 egg
  • 125 mL egg whites
  • 25 g Cheddar cheese
  • 15 mL green onions chopped

Method

Scramble the whole egg, and add to a pre-heated non-stick skillet.

Add egg whites. Stir and fold; as eggs firm up, add shredded cheddar and green onion.

Wrap in tortillas. Serve with salsa.
