- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 cups frozen cut broccoli
- 2 cloves garlic minced;
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons water
MethodIn large skillet, toast almonds over medium heat.; pour into bowl.
Add vegetable oil to skillet. Stir-fry broccoli, garlic, salt and pepper over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add water; cover and steam until tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Add almonds.
