Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
  • 1/2 jalapeño pepper seeded and minced
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Method

In bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mint, coriander, jalape?epper, lemon juice, salt and pepper. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.)
