Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Balkan-style plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method

In small bowl, whisk together plain yogurt, tahini, mayonnaise, 2 tbsp (25 mL) water, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika and salt until smooth. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.)
