This is my moms recipe and she still serves it as comfort food to me every now and again when I visit or she comes to see me.

  • Portion size 2 servings
  • Credits : Pam Rogers


  • 2 cups medium Cheddar cheese cubed
  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pkg whole wheat spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 pinch each of salt and pepper to taste


Boil tomato juice and water, then add margerine. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente. Ladle into bowls add cubed cheese and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Enjoy the Melty wonderful goodness!!!
