Chewy Peanutbutter Blossoms

  • 48 Hersheys Mini Kisses
  • 48 mini Reeses Peanutbutter Cups
  • 1 can sweeten condensed milk do not use evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups all-purpose biscuit mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar


Preheat oven to 375F. Remove wrappers from milk chocolate mini Kisses or mini Reese's peanut butter cups. Beat sweeten condensed milk and peanut butter in a large mixing bowl until smooth, add biscuit mix and vanilla, blend well. Shape in 1" balls & roll in sugar. Place 2" apart on a cookie sheet or use a muffin pan with paper liner. Bake in oven for 6 - 8 minutes or until lightly browned (do not over bake). Remove from oven, immediately press in mini kisses or Reese's in center of each ball. Remove cookies to a wire rack to cool. Cool completely. Store in air tight container. Makes 48 cookies approx.
